apply_labels(widget)	Apply axis labels from tomo config.
calculate_CoR_estimate(pixel_size_mm, ...)	Estimate the center of rotation for tomographic reconstruction.
calculate_relative_CoR_estimate(...)	Estimate the relative center of rotation for tomographic reconstruction.
compute_axes(image)	Compute physical axes from sample config; fallback to pixel indices.
